The League AGM will be held on Sunday 13th July at Roche F.C.

Roll call at 3-45 pm to distribute all paperwork for a 4pm meeting start.

ALL clubs must be represented in the room on the day to be accepted

for 2008 / 9 season

Clubs are reminded of the 50% rule that applies in this league covering dual signed players from NEWQUAY and PENZANCE or from Devon teams etc.

Just because these higher league clubs do not have a fixture players cannot simply drop down to this league and play .

If they have played in ANYor ALL of the HIGHER LEAGUE matches they have to wait until an equal number of weeks + 1week to the number of games played before they can qualify  ( ie less than 50% ) to play in this league

Example...played in 1 Higher league match ..must wait 2 weeks before they can play in JCWFL

Example ..played in 2 Higher league matches ...must wait 3 weeks before they can play in JCWFL .

Example  played in 4 Higher league matches ..must wait 5 weeks before they can play in JCWFL

IN EFFECT REGULAR HIGHER LEAGUE PLAYERS WILL NEVER QUALIFY TO PLAY IN OUR LEAGUE

SO WHY BOTHER SIGNING THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!

Clubs are reminded that referees are now marked out of 100

Also it is a League requirement that referees SIGN BOTH TEAMS sheets and show how much they claim per match

MAKE SURE YOUR CLUB FILL IN TEAMSHEETS FULLY TO AVOID FINES
