Yate Rangers continued with their improved form as they drew with Fry Colts 2 2 and moved off the bottom of the table for the first time. Yate opened the scoring after 25 minutes with a well-struck free kick from 30 meters out by Alex Cummings. Before the interval Fry hit back and equalised through Craig Palmer. Early in the second half Yate restored their lead as Marcus Roberts found the net. Within a quarter of an hour however Frys had drawn level again with a Lee Dark goal. The remainder of the half was a nail-biting affair as 2 evenly matched teams battled it out for the winning Goal. Chances were created at both ends but none were converted into goals. |
