Bugbrooke St Michaels  2    Northampton Sileby Rangers  2

Saturday, 18 August 2007

This derby draw will have been more satisfying for Sileby as they turned the game round after falling two goals in arrears.

Dave Drinkwater's 8th minute goal, a stunning 18 yard volley, had the Badgers in front at the break and they went further ahead on the hour through Tim Knowles who turned in a Glen Smith free kick.

Former Bugbrooke man Adam Slaymaker hauled Rangers back into the game after 64 minutes following a corner and the contest was squared eleven minutes from the end with Danny Smith's spot kick earning Sileby their point.
