Boston kept their outside title hopes alive with this defeat of the bottom placed Walnut Boys.

Laszlo Lovas made the breakthrough for the Poachers after 25 minutes, rounding off a left wing move, with Gary Bull taking his season's goal total to 25 with a 46th minute second, heading in a Gary Nimmo cross from the left.

Sam Maddix replied for Kempston after 62 minutes after latching on to a long clearance, but their comeback hopes were dashed ten minutes later as Ollie Pinner netted a third Poachers goal, heading in bravely from a Matt Price corner.

A last minute Neil Chance own goal from Mark Foster's cross completed the scoring.
