Blue Cross sprang a Hall Road surprise to dent Rovers' promotion aspirations.
Lee Bassett gave Eynesbury a 22nd minute lead, firing home at the second attempt afterf his free kick was blocked by the defensive wall.
Chris Reeves levelled with a low drive seven minutes later after the home defence failed to clear a free kick.
By half time Rovers were back in front with a 36th minute Craig Lanham effort, the midfielder turning in the box to fire home from a Darren Woodend cross from the right.
Lee Booker's 64th minute headed own goal proved a turning point.
Seven minutes later Wootton took the lead with a Shaun Winconek spot kick awarded for a push by home custodian Marcin Lubniewski at a corner, and their victory was sealed by substitute Gary Janes from a breakaway eight minutes from the end.
