Struggling Potton picked up a valuable point after equalising in the dying seconds.

The Royals took a twentieth minute lead with Tom Beech's fourth goal of the season, a header from a free kick, but by the break the Cuckoos were on terms, Dominic Henson equalising after 41 minutes.

Mark Paul put the visitors ahead after 64 minutes with a shot which squirmed through the goalkeeper's grasp, but Potton pegged them back in the final minute, John Mulholland the point saving marksman with a far post header. In stoppage time substitute Michael O'Farrell almost won it for the Royals.
