United made it seven points out of nine with this drubbing of struggling Eynesbury.

Rovers took a fifth minute lead from the penalty spot through Stuart Humphreysafter David Morbin was fouled. Two minutes later Allan Haynes hit the post with a home spot kick, but United replied with a Jamie Moss goal on the half hour, the defender's deep cross creeping in at the far post.

Tommy Waldock put United in front after 55 minutes and they took complete control with goals from Tony Burt on 73 minutes and a second from Waldock a quarter of an hour from time.

Burt scored his second after 82 minutes with Kriss Watters netting an 88th minute Eynesbury consolation, punishing a goalkeeping error.
