A last minute goal from Liam Kennett enabled the Saints to join three other clubs on the 36 point mark at the top of the Premier Division table.

S&L took a 38th minute lead through a powerful Derek Simmons header from a corner only for Kennett to score his first of the afternoon a minute later after good work by Graeme Thackray and Scott Fielding.

Thackray put St Ives ahead after 58 minutes after Craig Smith created the opening, but the visitors came up with a quick response this time, Bobby Drain levelling within 60 seconds with a great goal from a free kick.

S&L had no time to find a way back after Kennett's scrambled home his second though.
