Cogenhoe manager Darren Collins returned to the club where he topped the scorecharts last season, and his side left the Dog & Duck with a valuable point after both sides drew a blank in a drab stalemate which left the pair anchored in mid table.

The home side had the majority of the possession while the Cooks had more chances.

Rob Foster's close range volley almost gave the visitors a first half lead while the Doughboys were closest after the break when Rob Gould headed against the visiting crossbar from Tim Wooding's corner.
