S&L avenged an earlier home defeat by the Cuckoos with this Leading Drove success.

The visitors seized the initiative after 24 minutes, taking the lead through Derek Simmons, and eleven minutes later they went further in front through Richard Forbes.

Mark Paul's double strike after 42 and 45 minutes put the Cuckoos on level terms at the break.

The crossbar denied Paul a hat trick in the second half and Sean Brennan's 84th minute goal gave S&L all three points.
