Darren Collins's side did him proud on his return to Nene Park and Diamonds only made their full time status count in the closing stages.

Cogenhoe stunned their illustrious hosts by taking a first minute lead through Tom McGowan,who found space in the box to fire home, before towering centre half Wayne Hatswell equalised eleven minutes in, heading home after Michael Rankine flicked on a Curtis Woodhouse corner.

Rankine gave the Conference side a 79th minute lead from a Woodhouse flick with Lee Tomlin adding a third two minutes later from 20 yards.

Michael Malcolm completed the scoring in the last minute, Tomlin the provider on this occasion.
