A reshuffled Tigers squad extended their winning start to the campaign with a narrow home win over Blackstones.
The visitors started brightly with Michael Nelson's run creating an opening for Ben Porter whose fierce shot was blocked, and then Liam Buttery was narrowly off target with a lob.
When Holbeach replied Tommy Treacher set up Sam Mulready whose smart shot on the turn brought visiting custodian Lee Crockett into action.
Holbeach took the lead four minutes before the break when Crockett was unable to prevent Mulready's header from crossing the line.
Nelson went close on resumption but Crockett was the busier keeper, saving Andy Toyne's header from a Mitch Griffiths delivery.
Robbie Harris had a shot deflected from Mulready's lay off and then Andy Tidswell was wide with a low drive.
After 67 minutes Stones were on terms with a Nelson penalty awarded for handball by Wes Lewis.
Parity proved shortlived as the Tigers went back in front after 73 minutes, Craig Parker's 30 yard strike finding the corner of the net with the help of a deflection.
Tidswell almost extended the home advantage late on with a free kick which was narrowly wide.
