Buckingham's second half fightback prevented Rushden & Higham from avening a recent reverse at Ford Meadow.

Tony Joyce struck the bar for the Robins early in the game.

Lee Dorrington gave the home side the lead after 24 minutes, beating a couple of defenders before firing home, and three minutes before the interval the lead was doubled by Gary Broadway who netted with a cross shot from outside the box.

Joel McCormick started the Robins' fightback after 71 minutes, slotting home from the penalty spot, and eight minutes later Jon Mills squared the contest with a header from a corner which gave the visitors a share of the spoils.
