Deeping Rangers  6    Desborough Town  0

Saturday, 03 November 2007

It was unlucky thirteen for Desborough as their twelve match unbeaten start came to grief at Outgang Road against a rampant Rangers.

Lee Ellison marked his return to the starting line up with a ninth minute opener for the champions and Deeping took a tight grip on the contest with two goals in four minutes late in the half.

Michael Stevenson scored Rangers' second goal after 34 minutes and Danny Matson made it three four minutes later.

Matson scored again five minutes into the second half with Stevenson netting his second on the hour.

An 85th minute Tom Mills own goal rounded off an afternoon to forget for Ar Tarn.
